Sixteenth Talent is an influencer talent management company, specialising in contemporary lifestyle influencers. We help develop content creators become strong brands in their own right, as well as partnering them with other brands, for campaigns and collaborations. Founded in January 2017, Sixteenth Talent has grown to represent 17 fantastic influencers, who all have a profound positive impact on the lives of their followers. We focus on our talent being a #GoodInfluence – which is particularly important in order to sustain and grow their long-term value.

Influencer Talent Coordinator

The role of Talent Coordinator is the most direct path to becoming an Influencer Talent Manager at Sixteenth Talent. Here, you will deal with the day-to-day responsibilities associated with looking after our influencers, including sourcing brand partnerships on their behalf.

– Brand outreach strategy and execution for talent

– Developing relationships with brands

– Negotiating jobs for talent (fees, contracts, deliverables)

– Consulting talent on content & brand strategy

– Managing press & media activity

– Schedule & event appearance management

– Developing meaningful and productive relationships with talent


Influencer Campaign Coordinator

The role of Campaign Coordinator will be focused on the coordination of active campaigns that our influencers are working on. This role opens up many different opportunities within Sixteenth, as you and the company grow.

– Scheduling branded content

– Briefing influencers on campaigns

– Seeking approval of influencers’ branded content

– Gathering data for the reporting of campaigns

– Invoicing for influencer campaigns

– Developing meaningful and productive relationships with talent



Team Assistant – Intern (Paid)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, to help assist the Sixteenth Talent team on miscellaneous tasks. This will be the perfect way in to the company and industry, for those with little-to-no experience, but an innate desire to do fantastic work in the field.

– Strong ability with office Google Docs, Sheets and Slides

– Detail-orientated and highly organised

– Humble and curious

– Desire to learn and develop

– Strong interest in the world of influencers






Resident videographer and preditor, to work on branded pieces of content, as well as full content series projects with our talent.

– Demonstrate high skill at shooting video and editing on Adobe Premiere Pro

– Creative approach to projects

– Strong work ethic and ability to adapt

– Ability to communicate well, work independently and stick to deadlines

– Interest in new media


Production Assistant – Intern (Paid)

Enthusiastic individual to help with the planning, coordination and delivery of Production projects. This may cover some technical elements (editing, shooting, recording content), as well as assisting with the execution of projects.

– Highly organised

– Any technical experience would be ideal
